Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Dark Eye platform and website (the "Service"), operated by DarkEye Industries. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Dark Eye provides automated OSINT tooling that correlates open-source and breach-derived data into identity intelligence. We may update, improve or change features over time.

2. Accounts & licenses

Each plan includes one license for a single authorized user. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits & billing

• Each plan includes a fixed monthly pool of credits (Lite 25,000 · Pro 125,000 · Ultra 500,000).
• Actions consume credits from that single balance; the balance resets at the start of each billing cycle.
• Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits do not roll over.
• You may change plans; the new monthly allotment applies going forward.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You must hold appropriate legal authorization for every investigation and comply with all applicable laws.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and content, is owned by DarkEye Industries and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Data sourced from third parties may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying findings before relying on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkEye Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
